Twin room, absolutely clean bathroom. Central location and close to a bus stop. Appreciated relatively quiet area. An excellent restaurant available in the hotel.

The rooms turned out to be nicely decorated and stylish with beautiful views, the usual toiletries in the equally compact bathroom and the garden. The location was magnificent, near pubs and cafes. The property was set in a very pleasant area.

Special hotel, tastefully decorated rooms, NICE view of the garden. Central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Good and stunning location very close to dining options, the Victoria Bus Station and the Victoria Tube Station and london on a regular basis for work, could not be better. Again, walking distance to Victoria.

Request a room away from the cafe area to ensure a peaceful breakfast experience, as it can get quite noisy early in the morning.

Super comfy and cute spot!
It was super comfy and nicely decorated. The staff were so friendly and helped carry my bags. Breakfast was delish with loads of options. The only thing was the stairs were a bit steep, but it was manageable. Great location near shops and pub too!

My previous visit to london didn't compare to how mate exceeded my expectations this time. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was nicely decorated and comfortable for an overnight stop.

The location is perfect, with tons of food options within walking distance. Getting to the underground was easy. The staff really made a difference. They were super friendly and helpful. My room, while cozy, was a bit smaller than I expected. I appreciated the cleanliness, but the absence of proper coffee-making facilities seemed like a downside. The breakfast was decent, but limited choices could be improved. The noise from the street was noticeable, especially during the morning hours, hard to sleep at times. There's no air conditioning either, and my room was warm even with the window open. I enjoyed my time and recommend it for its charm, but some improvements in amenities could enhance the experience.
